MEET TROY VAN HEER

The Kuriel family launched 'The JMF Kids 4 Kids' to support JMF. Sixteen-year-old Troy, who has severe spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, relies on a powered wheelchair for mobility. Prolonged sitting puts him at risk of hip and spine issues.

A Hi-Lo Standing Frame, costing $5,000, will help Troy maintain leg range, gain strength for standing transfers, and improve social interaction. It will also enhance his neck and arm strength, allowing him to use a computer at school. The Kuriel family raised $4,038, and JMF contributed $962 for this grant.
